About Tessa

Hi! My name is Tess. I have worked as an environmental educator over the last 3 years primarily working with school aged children. I have expanded my knowledge of various alternative learning approaches and ability to create and execute lesson plans through my work experience. Nature play, arts and crafts, and fun games are all in my wheelhouse! I have worked with numerous neurodivergent children, and I am neurodivergent myself. I prioritized creating an accessible and comfortable classroom setting for ALL children during my work there. When I was in school, I was an honors student and performed well in all areas of learning, so I feel confident in being able to create lesson plans for most topics.
