Tessa has been an incredible caregiver for our daughter. She is very reliable, always on time. She has been caring for our child (now 8 months) for the last 5 months, Tessa has never been late. She has been a lifesaver as our work schedule is inconsistant , Tessa is always available, early in the morning or later in the evening. She is great at communicating, giving us updates thtoughout the day. She plans age appropriate activities for the child. In our case, playing with bubbles, splashing in a splash pad in the yard and Tessa has made the most adorable crafts that document our daughter's growth (baby foot print art) just to name a few . She keeps our daughter very clean and cleans up the play area so toys and books are not all over the house. Tessa has gotten several child care certifications above and beyond CPR. This highlights her passion for child care as she wants to be as knowledgeable as possible. Our daughter gets so excited and has a big smile every day Tessa works. If we weren't moving away, we would keep her as our nanny for our daughter. We wish we could take her with us!
