I'm Tessie, a childcare professional with 10+ years of experience caring for children from infancy through preteens. My background includes nannying, teaching dance and gymnastics, supervising school-age programs, and supporting children with diverse needs including ADHD, autism, Down syndrome, sensory differences, mood disorders, ODD, diabetes, and limited verbal communication. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, background-checked, fingerprinted, and trained in de-escalation, safe transportation, restorative practices, and Youth Mental Health First Aid. Families describe me as patient, creative, and dependable. I offer part-time, evening, and overnight care, along with light household help, transportation, and support with routines.
