Finding what learning style fits someone best, adapting to it, and helping them to achieve not only proficiency or excellence in their subject, but also helping them to enjoy learning and retain their knowledge is so rewarding! My students in the past have consistently reported significantly improved grades, increased comfort with subject matter and work, and improved confidence in their learning abilities after working with me.
