About Theresa

Hello, my name is Theresa. I am a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with over 25 years of hands-on medical experience. My background includes orthopedics, psychiatric care, medical-surgical, tracheostomy care, hematology, prosthetics, and working with cancer patients. I am CPR and First Aid certified and experienced in caring for both mobile and non-mobile clients, including the safe use of Hoyer lifts. I also have experience providing dementia care, hospice care, and companionship, offering patience, emotional support, and comfort to both clients and their families during all stages of care. I began my caregiving journey at Sunrise Assisted Living, where I assisted residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, transportation, errands, and meal preparation. Caring for others is truly my passion, and I look forward to supporting families and making a positive difference in the lives of the people I care for.
