Making a positive difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. My experiences in previous care roles have shown me the importance of supporting well-being and independence, while also providing families with a reliable care option. I'm a home health aide with 20 years of experience and some college education. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I create a comfortable environment for care recipients and communicate with families using their preferred method, whether it's verbal updates, texts, or phone calls. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. I offer respite care, transportation, errands, shopping, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and support for physical activity. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I'm CPR and First Aid certified.
