About Thomas

For two years, I have been proving full time care to older men, at first with dementia or Alzheimer's and, for the last 20 months, with an 80-year-old stroke patient with a sharp mind and mobility issues. I've provided intermittent care for 11 years to a high school buddy with end stage MS. As a retired mental health therapist in my later years, I've been blessed with a natural desire to be helpful to others. I'm currently working full-time with the stroke patient and his family, but have time on weekends to fill in or work with an additional patient in the mornings. I have good administrative and housekeeping skills and can reliably help with transportation, medication regimens, and mobility or other medical devices. I've been blessed with a genuine interest in the lives of others, am well-read, and have a natural drive to be a supportive companion.
