Hi there! I am a C. N. A with a great list of references, and years of experience with clients who struggle with anxiety, dementia, sadness about losing a loved one, their independence etc. I do NOT work with individuals who CURSE/SCREAM/YELL at, belittle, demean, or HIT me/their spouse (energy is contagious, and although I am a loving person, I do not tolerate being mistreated by the people I chose to have in my life). I enjoy cooking, cleaning, baking, comforting, organizing, encouraging PT, walks, uplifting talks and animals, I am a very dependable and hard-working person. :) I enjoy helping my clients make meals, or making meals for them. Aside from helping with ADLS, I also enjoy helping in anyway that I can (walking dogs, scooping cat boxes, watering plants etc).
Tia stepped in during a very difficult time for my 89yo dad with dementia. She is very skilled as a caregiver, but also shows leadership in a team setting and compassion for my father and his dementia. It is important for family members to trust the decision making ability of caregivers, and I wholeheartedly trust Tia to ensure my father is s+afe and comfortable.
