About Tiana

Hi, I'm Tiana! Caregiving is more than a job to me-it's a calling. With years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults on the autism spectrum, I create safe, encouraging spaces where everyone can grow and thrive. From bottle feeding infants to helping older kids succeed, I support both neurotypical and neurodivergent children, ensuring each feels valued and deeply cared for. I've worked in clinics, homes, and schools (preschool through high school), assisting with academics and daily living tasks like dressing, toileting, bathing, and meals. I enjoy hands-on activities and meaningful community outings that build confidence and independence. CPR-First Aid-AED certified. I bring patience, respect, and a calm, joyful spirit to every role. I'm currently seeking a full-time caregiving position, Monday through Friday. Outside work, I serve as a Stephen Minister and love giving back through my church.
