About Tiana

Hi! My name is Tiana, and I've been working with kids since I was 12 years old--starting with caring for my younger sister and her friends, and eventually watching many other children over the years. I studied elementary education and early childhood development in college for a year and a half, and I've worked in two different schools with students from kindergarten through 6th grade, including both general and special education classrooms. I grew up on a farm full of animals--cats, dogs, chickens, pigs, and goats--and today I have a young dog and an older cat who are part of my little family. Kids and animals have always been at the center of my life. While I've recently shifted my career path into the food industry and now work nights, my mornings are free--and I'm excited to continue working with children and animals in a part-time or flexible capacity during the day.
