I do holiday/event cleaning, & reoccurring home cleaning. I'm thorough, detailed, considerate, hardworking, and will provide you with a piece of mind. I do (Deep cleaning, general cleaning, carpet cleaning, organizing, & decorating). I'm also quite handy. If there's any errands or miscellaneous things you need done I'm more than happy to assist with them. I love decorating by the way. I'm also great with pet sitting/care, babysitting for date night, cooking/meal prep, etc.. I'm available for short term or long term. I have references.

Excellent job.  Worked out a time and she was right on time.  She had asked to bring her daughter to help (16 tear old) and I'm glad she did.  Very responsible young lady who worked as hard as her mother.  They were done quickly and quietly.  I was very pleased.  I have already booked her for another day.

Tiera was very sweet. Asked questions about what my kids liked for comfort. She even helped clean up areas of my house while she was here. Would definitely would hire again.

Tiera is Awesome! She cleaned my 2200 square foot home from top to bottom. I left for work and came home from work on my lunch break with a smile on my face. She even organized lol! She's very respectful and honest. I will not hire anyone else now. She arrived on time, kept in contact, was honest to what she could and couldn't do, and was professional, 
pet friendly, and did things above what I asked. Unbelievable!!!

Tiera is a sweet, dependable, and nice person who does a good cleaning job. I hired her for my property and home in November 2021. She was thorough, and has good communication. Unfortunately our values did not match for the level of service expected this year and service started to decline. Cleanings were missed, accountability was not taken, and communication started to decline. She eventually quit unexpectedly without any notice. I realized that although she does great work, smaller projects probably suit her, and if there is any friction or stress caused she will leave promptly from the job which is fine as no job should cause stress. I was also unable to retrieve the keys to my property and believe she blocked me from contact which was quite unprofessional. I asked repeatedly if I could pick up the keys to make it easier, and receive no response. Eventually I had to change the locks. I understood our friction, but it was unfortunate  that it didn't end well and never got my keys.

Tiera is a WONDERFUL person and housekeeper. Please DISREGARD  the review from Ayesha down below. Tiera was professional. It was inappropriate for my mom to review her in that manner and i will not allow it. Imagine sitting at home all day and having nothing today and trying to destroy someone's reputation because you can't have your way. Yeah that's my mom! I APOLOGIZE on behalf of her and anyone reading this. Tiera seemed very experienced, and prompt when she was interviewed. My mom wanted Tiera to do things she wouldn't have been able to do at the pay rate my mom was offering. Tiera was really nice about it and said she would work with her in doing some things reasonably but my mom became very agitated. Tiera declined the job instead and told her she would leave because of the rudeness from my mom. My mom then began to continuously message her rudely, in which I'm sure is the reason for her being blocked. No one wants to be harassed. I would have definitely HIRED Tiera. Sorry again!

Ms Tiera came for an interview on Monday Jan 3rd
 told me she was interested and would do a trial day of work on Friday 
 i sent her a message saying it was a pleasure meeting her and look forward to working with her 
after no reply 
 i messaged her through care.com and said if she could let me 
 know if she was not interested i would  proceed to interview other candidates
 NOT only she did not ever reply to decline , she simply blocked me . 
 If  you are going to come for an interview , take a tour of my house and discuss the job for an hr of my time  and agree to 
come for a trial day 
 i have absolute no problem if you change your mind 
 a one line message saying you are no longer interested is professional but not replying to decline the offer and blocking 
 messages is not professional at all 
 wish you the best of luck but that was not professional behavior
