After two years of consistent work together—during which we made every effort to treat her fairly and generously, including providing bonuses, additional pay on days she worked, and referring her to friends—we were given absolutely no notice that Tiffani would be quitting. This lack of communication placed us in a very difficult position. While we understand that circumstances change, leaving without any notice or discussion is unprofessional and inconsiderate. We expected a much higher level of respect and courtesy after such a long and mutually beneficial working relationship.
