My four years of experience in senior care have solidified my passion for helping others maintain their independence and well-being. I'm patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I strive to understand each person's unique preferences and history to build a strong connection. I provide respite care, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also have experience with dementia care, including de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. I have some college education and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
