Tina was prompt in replying to my initial request, she's flexible, dependable. She's so sweet to me and my elderly parents. She is excellent about communicating and catches on immediately to what our needs are. She sees what needs doing and promptly gets to work. Doesn't need directions but responds quickly to any directions given. Cheerfully runs errands or any extras that come up. I was perplexed at the one negative review I read. It doesn't reflect the Tina I hired at all.
