With a decade of experience, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant dedicated to enhancing the well-being and independence of those I care for. My passion stems from positive experiences in previous roles and a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives. I'm compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, prepare meals, and assist with medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I communicate with families through verbal updates and follow their preferred method.
