I focus on building confidence and fostering a love for learning, empowering students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I actively listen to students and observe how they interact with new material, adapting my teaching methods with visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests, celebrating small successes, and breaking down complex problems. Communication is essential, and I provide regular updates to parents. The most rewarding aspect is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow.
