About Toiya

Hi, I'm Toiya, an experienced Home Health Aide and Patient Care Nursing Assistant (PCNA) with over 10 years in healthcare and 5+ years providing in-home care. I currently work at UH, caring for patients with complex needs including dementia, cancer, psychiatric conditions, mobility limitations, and bed-bound care. I am Home Health Certified, Medicaid Certified, DODD Certified, and ODA Certified. I also have experience working at Cleveland Clinic, including ostomy care and advanced personal care. My experience includes personal care, safe transfers and mobility assistance, bed-bound care, dementia support, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. I am CPR, First Aid, and BLS certified and known for being dependable, calm, and professional. I treat every client with dignity and respect, and my goal is to make life safer, easier, and more comfortable for your loved one while giving families peace of mind.
