I've had the privilege of caring for children of all ages. I take pride in assisting parents build a positive strong foundation. I enjoy helping children excel with their interests.

I hired Tonya to watch my son but she did so much more than that. She was amazing with my dog. He is young and having a hard time with the adjustment of a baby and she showed me several ways to manage his behavior in a kind and loving way. She understands a lot about animals and their thinking and the change in his behavior in just one visit was amazing. She also helped me with household tasks and offered to do anything that would be helpful. She offered so much advice in multiple areas that has all been extremely helpful. 

I was referred T through another twin mama to help with some night nanny shifts when my twins were 3mo old and she was great with my girls. So much that once we were no longer needing a night nanny we had T come help us during the day and she has been a lifesaver - great with my twins and 4 yo as well as helping me stay on top of laundry and getting it all done and put away. Our dog loves her too as she will throw the ball with him and has even helped watched him when we were out of town and couldn't bring him with us. 

Tonya is professional, kind, caring, compassionate and is amazing with kids of all ages. Her attention to detail is incredible, she values her families and takes great pride in the work she does. 

Tonya is one of those people where you immediately feel comfortable and safe leaving your kiddos with. She exuded experience, patience, and fun from the first day we hired her and everyday since. Tonya has watched both our 3yo son and 11mo old daughter on different occasions. We're lucky we are able to work from home and because of that we also get to experience how she is first-hand with our kids. The amount of laughter, play, and chats that you can hear through the walls is reassuring and relaxing when you have to be "on" for work meetings and deadlines. Of course though, kids aren't perfect, and when our toddler is especially having a rough time, Tonya is able to get him to calm and settle with her calm and firm presence and boundary setting (which she always makes sure matches how you do things as well.) Tonya is open and communicative too. She'll constantly keep us in the loop with what's happening throughout the day and ask us about our preferences when doing things for the first time, like getting the right nap schedule, food preferences, discipline preferences, etc. She also understand that parenting is not just care for the children, but also care for the home. She keeps things super tidy and even helps with chores around the house during nap times. As a person outside of her caregiving work, Tonya has a positive outlook on life and will chat with you about anything from parenting, to self-care, to the best book or movie she's been into. We would highly recommend Tonya, and look forward to working with her anytime we have care needs. 

Tonya is great! She is reliable, kind, and great with our kids. I had just had my second kid when we met her and I felt like she really understood what a postpartum mom is going through. Highly recommend! 

Tonya really cares. She’s always thinking of ways to improve the flow of the home and she knows so much about kids, dogs, and plants, she’s so helpful. It’s great having her onboard!

Tonya is the absolute BEST!! She took care of our 1 year old (full time M-F) for 6 weeks while we were in town visiting. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She’s warm, thoughtful, reliable, easy to talk to — and of course amazing with our son (and dog). I only wish we lived closer so Tonya could be a more permanent extension of our family. We miss her and still stay in touch!

Tonya is absolutely the BEST! She has been amazing with our 1 year old son, who adores her. She plays, sings and talks to him all day, and even taught him to say a few spoken and signed words! She also  taught him to go down my stairs safely. But Tonya is more than just a nanny; she always offers to help out around the house, and does it in a way that really takes the stress out of having a stranger help around your house. She is proactive and judgement-free, and approaches me with great advice and ideas. I really trust her with my baby. She has a true passion for helping kids and families! 

Tonya is an amazing caregiver! She has been caring for my daughter since she was six months old and I'm so lucky to have found her, now she is part of the family. She is caring, supportive and fun. My daughter learns so much from her because Tonya is focused on not just being a "babysitter" but being a teacher, caregiver and friend. Tonya is ready to help in all situations and has helped me through many bumps in the road as a first time mom. I highly recommend Tonya as a caregiver.

Tonya is helpful, hilarious, and good spirited. My children absolutely loved her, and still do. I'm extremely grateful she came into our lives many years ago.

Tonya has great patience with children and parents. She does a wonderful job with my son and daughter. She always make sure they have fun activities to do and balanced and fair discipline when needed.  Such as, consistent limit setting and good structure.

Tonya has a remarkable connection to kids and pets. She has done a wonderful job for us and we would highly recommend her.

Tonya has watched both of my children through most of their young childhood 10+ yrs, and currently takes care of our home and pets while we are away. She is reliable, trustworthy, and very intuitive to any situation, and great with kids. She has a particular love and understanding for dogs, but she will take just as good care of your child (smile).

Tonya is a responsible, detail oriented person with integrity. She has taken care of both my son and daughter for periods of time, in which, she has been responsible for their care. She has done a wonderful job in providing fun activities and yummy meals. Additionally, she has provided them structure and good limit setting while still maintaining a nurturing container.

Tonya always displays patience and tolerance with children and animals. Tonya always seems to connect well with children and even able to calm them when children seem frustrated or upset.  Tonya is firm yet not harsh.
