About Tori

Tori is the most responsible, reliable, and warm caregiver that we have ever hired. She has been a full-time nanny for my 3.5 year old son and 1.5 year old daughter for over a year. The kids will be going to school 5 days a week beginning this summer which is why we will not need Tori to care for them daily. My daughter has special needs and Tori learned how to use finicky medical equipment and followed a fairly rigorous medication administration schedule. In addition, Tori brought my daughter to weekly music therapy classes, attended weekly developmental therapy sessions, and taught me what activities/exercises we can do at home to help my daughter's development. Tori has exceeded all expectations by making it her mission to learn physical and occupational therapy exercises to teach my daughter how to roll over, walk, crawl, and self feed. Even though she is busy with my daughter she has also built a strong relationship with my son who looks forward to her arrival during the week. Tori includes my son in my daughter's activities and keeps him engaged throughout the day. For example, she helped him build a fort, his Easter basket (Thomas the Train theme, of course), and has attended many of his parties at school (which he attends 3 days a week). Often, she takes the kids to the park, for neighborhood walks, and initiates a variety of activities at home. Our home is also always clean when I get home and we now have an organized playroom! Tori is more than a caregiver and is now part of the family and you would be lucky to have her as part of yours.
