Hi! My name is Toshina. I enjoy spending time with kids. I am very patient, energetic, positive and loving. I am CPR/AED certified. I am Fully Covid 19 vaccinated. I have many years of taking care of/ watching children. I started out watching my own younger siblings since the age of about 15. I went from watching my own siblings to nieces and nephews to family friends children. From there I've expanded. I've been offered opportunities where I can do what I enjoy which is nurturing and caring for all little ones. I believe in keeping the little ones active either inside or outside activities. We agreed upon a time and date for an interview. I waited for Toshina to call me for 15 minutes, and when she didn’t I sent her a message asking if she was ok. She messaged me 1.5 hours later saying something came up and she wanted to reschedule. I told her I was concerned about her punctuality and communication issues and she assured me this was a one time issue, so we rescheduled. The same thing happened again, but this time she never messaged me back. Lack of communication is a huge red flag.
