Hi, I'm Tracie. I'm passionate about supporting seniors and helping them maintain their independence, comfort, and dignity at home. I am currently studying to become a CNA, further strengthening my skills and commitment to providing quality care. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating engaging memory care activities. My approach is patient, compassionate, friendly, and approachable, always focused on creating a calm and positive environment. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I always respect each family's preferred method of communication, and building trust is very important to me. I strive to make a meaningful, positive impact in the lives of those I care for.
