About Tracy

I've been caretaking with love and laughter my whole life. I have a lot of energy and I'm a great listener. I have a special place for seniors in my heart with considerable experience caring for family members with disabilities. Patience and consistency are key with understanding expectations clearly along the way. Keeping our sense of humor in difficult circumstances can really make a difference. I've raised 5 kids and cared for elders in my family and outside the family as well: loading medication boxes, light cooking and housekeeping, making appointments, writing calendars, doing crafts and puzzles, and being a great companion all-around.
