About Tracy

Hello, I have been a kindergarten teacher for the past two years and an ABA tutor and special needs inclusion aide for eight years. For over 10 years, I have helped elementary students reach their full potential. I am a certified teacher with a graduate degree. I create an engaging, supportive learning environment and tailor my approach to each student's needs using varied strategies and clear communication. I keep students motivated by celebrating successes and breaking down challenges. Communication is key, so I provide clear expectations and regular updates for students and parents. I can help with Math, English, Art, and Special Education. I am CPR trained and First Aid certified, and I am also a proud parent of two adult children.
