About Tracy

I have experience working with exotic animals (reptiles, birds, saltwater fishtanks), farm animals (chickens and ducks), and domestic companion animals of all ages. Most recently, I fostered an 8-week-old puppy from Maine for a month and a half, providing for and attending to all of his health and behavioral care needs until we could find a perfect forever home. (This is the third dog I have helped transport and rehome. The second was also from ME, the third from VA). For one month, I lodged and cared for five baby geckos, including feeding, cleaning, handling, and record keeping. I homestead-sat a microfarm in Maine for two weeks in December, which involved caring for three cats, two large saltwater fishtanks, chickens, and ducks. As the temperatures dropped well below zero, the chicken coop required monitoring and fresh water twice a day.
