About Tracy

With over 15 years of experience teaching and caring for children of all ages, I bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to every family I work with. My graduate degree in social work, current participation in Educator's Neighborhood with the Fred Rogers Institute, and membership in MnAEYC have given me a strong knowledge base for developmentally appropriate care. As a creative and imaginative professional, I love engaging children with outdoor exploration and games, puzzles, and educational experiences. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a safe and structured environment, but also partner with children and families to build independence and confidence. Further, I am CPR and First Aid certified. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience and dedication to your family, creating a happy and enriching environment for your children.
