I bring more than 26 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Child Development, with a strong background supporting children across a wide range of developmental needs. My work includes direct experience in special education, behavioral support, and trauma-informed care. I have led curriculum planning that promotes age-appropriate learning, social-emotional growth, and inclusive classroom practices. My experience also extends to administrative functions, staff collaboration, and building strong partnerships with families to support each child's success.
