Hi! My name is Travon, and I'm a dedicated, compassionate caregiver with over two years of hands-on experience supporting children with disabilities, including autism, schizophrenia, and other behavioral challenges. I'd describe my personality as Calm, Trustworthy, Empathetic. I like working with kids because I'm passionate about helping them navigate their challenges with patience, structure, and encouragement. I'm looking for a job that allows me to make a meaningful difference in someone's life. I started working with kids over two years ago. I love kids. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, going hiking, trying new restaurants, and watching movies.
