My passion in my service to people is being totally present and attentive to learning their skills and needs while supporting them in improvements that are peaceful and they enjoy. I communicate with family and all caregivers and bring ideas for enriching their lives while being professional and caring. I am an avid learner and have done hospice training and have experience in that service. I have trained and worked with neuro divergent folks and autism. My mother had Alzheimer for 4 years and I was part of the caregiving team. I am open to learn new skills and have a sharp mind and healthy body. I can sit peacefully with clients for long periods. I can be playful and bring laughter with my fun songs and dancing. I am adaptable while being very aware of what is needed for the benefit of my clients.
We were incredibly fortunate to have Trudy work in our home over the last year. She provided exceptional care for both my adult child with disabilities and my elderly mother with dementia. She was patient, kind, and attentive—treating both with dignity and warmth. She connected with them in a way that brought real comfort and peace of mind to our family. On top of her outstanding caregiving, she went above and beyond with household tasks—cleaning more thoroughly than our regular housecleaner! She is dependable, thoughtful, and truly exceeded all expectations. I would recommend her without hesitation.
