I'm skilled in personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am trained in dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I am CPR and First Aid certified. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular text updates, or phone calls. I follow the family's preferred method. I can de-escalate stressful situations and handle confusion.
