With three years of experience, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a keen attention to detail. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities when needed. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular text or phone calls.
