I found Uliana when another mother from my children’s school introduced Uliana with high recommendations. That mom had employed Uliana for years and considered her to be part of the family. After I met Uliana, I hired her quickly. She seemed to be a wonderful caregiver and person. In addition to decades of experience, Uliana also has good judgement. She learns everything about her surroundings; and, if there’s something she did not know, she will figure it out (she’s adept at using technology and confident enough to ask someone who would know). She also is super helpful and communicates well. She has raised her children responsibly and speaking multiple languages. Hire her if you get the chance to do so. You’ll be very happy you did!
