Ursula is the best nanny our family has ever had. She always followed my wishes, including how to discipline my son, how to prepare meals, and zero screen time. She also takes the initiative to suggest things that would make life easier for my son. I always come home to the place cleaner and tidier than I left it, too! She notices how our family runs and she integrates herself in a way that makes all of our lives easier. My family's schedule has made a live-in Au pair a better fit for us, and I'm sad about Ursula leaving us!
