Willing to charge $18 an hour. Mom of 2 kids. 3. 5-year-old and 1-year-old playmates. Active mama, I take the kids to parks, the Discovery museum, and encourage the imagination. My kids are only allowed 1hour of TV. But leaving the house and rules will be discussed with you, the parent, based on your preferences. Any tantrums or yelling I get at their eye level and have a talk, 2nd warning is options of listening or do we need the object taken away, 3rd warning is "thinking time" (time out, for 2-4min) with explaining why, and what to think about so we can keep playing. Im super flexible and adaptable to your kid(s) schedule as if you were still home. I am a HS basketball coach at night and mama during the day. I am a Navy veteran. CPR and First Aid certified, and renewed on Sept. 15, 2025. Happy to help other families with childcare as the world is just getting too expensive. She does a wonderful job watching my girls while I work from home. She is very sweet and attentive towards them. She brings her children and they all get along great. If the oldest ones are having trouble sharing a toy or playing together she does a great job at helping them resolve that conflict. She cleans up my youngest after she finishes her meal in her high chair and changes her diaper and gets her ready for the day and feeds her snacks. She also helps get my oldest dressed for the day and takes her potty and washes her hands. I love that she incorporates Spanish and learning while playing and takes them outside for some screen free playtime. She is definitely trustworthy and a joy to have over!
