Valencia has been a reliable and dependable care assistant for nearly a year, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She consistently does an excellent job and takes pride in everything she does. She is a wonderful cook — everything she prepares is full of flavor and beautifully balanced, even when working with limited or basic ingredients. Her meals are not only delicious but tailored to my health needs. With her help, I was able to lower my blood pressure from 155 to 120 by cutting back on salt — all without sacrificing taste. She’s worked alongside me to meet both my health and personal goals. Valencia also helps with breakfast, puts away groceries, washes fruits and vegetables, and makes sure the fridge is stocked with water, milk, protein shakes, and my favorite coconut water. She occasionally assists with laundry and grabbing the mail when needed. One of the highlights of her visits is how she plates my meals — always with care and elegance. It’s a small detail that brings me joy and shows how thoughtful and attentive she is. Valencia is a true asset to anyone in need of support at home. Highly recommended!
