About Valeria

Hi! My name is Valeria (pronounced vah-leh-dee-ah). I'm originally from Medellín, Colombia and have lived in Boulder for about 10 years. I'm currently transitioning between full-time roles and looking for part-time childcare work supporting local families. I'm organized, dependable, and deeply empathetic, and I value creating a safe, supportive environment where kids feel seen and cared for. My professional background is in the arts and nonprofit work. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, cooking, and making ceramics. I'm currently looking for families who can offer some flexibility, as I'll be balancing childcare with job applications and interviews. However, my schedule is very open and flexible at the moment.
