I have been in the early childcare field since the age of 18. My experience with children expands over 30 years from infants to 12 yrs. During those years I have worked and owned my own home childcare. But the majority of my experience comes from working in center-based facilities. I am very knowledgeable of developmental stages. She plans activities, educates age appropriately, and has developed a routine with our son while she is here, so he knows what to expect on nanny days.
