I interviewed Valerie (September 30, 2011) and she was wonderful. She was experienced, friendly, and great with my son. I would recommend anyone looking for a nanny interview her. She is extremely flexible and willing to work with your situation. We did not end up selecting her merely because my husband and I wanted a child care provider with more experience with autism.
