Val is fantastic! Took great care of my two kittens, very soon after we first spoke in November, and then for what unexpectedly became 5 times over the past two months when I had to travel. Always had me confident they were in good hands, including through some complications which she handled wonderfully. (eg for when they had had surgery and were in cones and had to be separated during two of my absences, none of which was initially envisioned. Super competent and completely trustworthy from our very first meeting. (And when she couldn't make one or another of the twice-daily visits, she made sure there was reliable coverage, after getting my permission first of course.). You and your pets will be lucky to have her if she's available!
