Vanessa worked for us before my husband went to Memory care. She understands dementia; medically, physically and emotionally, and is able to help her clients with a positive caring attitude. She was always punctual. She showed up with warm greetings and involvement. She was excellent at perceiving needs even before asked to care for them. She also helped me greatly around the house, lightening my overwhelming responsibilities, freeing my time to be with my husband. Would not have ended with her except for change in my husbands condition.
