Hi! My name is Vanessa & I have been working with children for 12 years and have an Associates in Early Childhood Education. I have worked with all ages ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years but especially love infants and 3-year-olds! I was a curriculum coordinator at preschool before maternity leave, but looking for some more flexible hours as my family grows. I'm known as the babysitter that loves art and science experiments, being outdoors and adventures! I like to think I have a fun personality , that kids gravitate towards which makes my days working with kids easy! if you love getting pictures and updates throughout the day, I'm your girl! My hope is to open my home to a friend or 2 to learn and play with my 3yr old and 1-year-old. We have 2 playrooms, a large backyard, and lots of crafts and things to do! We live in a new house in a new build neighborhood so as it gets built up, there is some nice areas to walk to get energy out too! Happy to come to you pending location/days/times!

Vanessa has been an amazing caregiver to my 1 year old daughter. We had a hard time finding the right person, and when Vanessa came along, we knew she was the one. Not only does she come with 12 years of childcare education and teaching experience, using her teaching skills and creativity to advance my daughter's development, she has the best, fun, flexible, and service-oriented personality that makes working with her so easy. She goes above and beyond when it comes to finding the right activities to expose my daughter to, going out of her way to print/purchase/obtain items she thinks my daughter would like. She is great with her communication and is willing to help around the house while baby is napping. I can't say enough how lucky we've been to have her as our nanny.
