I hired Vanessa to watch my two children (both under the age of 3) for four days and she was absolutely wonderful. She handled meals, naps, playtime, and diaper changes with ease and kept my tyrannical 3 year old happy and entertained. Handled him like a pro. Her communication was excellent and always arrived promptly. She’s very intuitive and mindful that households do different things so she was always asking me questions about how I wanted things done. I would hire her on a permanent basis but we’re moving to the peninsula. She’s WONDERFUL!
