She was above and beyond expectations and always went above and beyond what was asked of her. Never sick, showed up on snowy days even when we told her to come when it was safe, cooked healthy meals typically with enough for the family plus leftovers, voluntarily helped with household chores. Full time cared for our son from 8 months to 4 years and treated him as her own, was great with motor skills, educational activities and building routines. Our son really loved her and still does! He went to preschool well prepared after learning so much from her. She communicated well with us to make sure we were all on the same page about our son’s needs. She learned really quickly after being asked or shown something only once.
