I tend to fall in love with my patients and when I have to leave it's always hard to say good bye but I have to say I do keep in touch and that's a blessing ! Venice provided compassion care for my aging diabetic uncle that eventually went blind and had a partial amputation of his foot .She transported him to all his appointment and made sure he took his insulin and other medications on time in addition to adhering to his diabetic meal plans . She provided empathy and care until his final days.
