For four months she was our primary child care provider until we were accepted into a daycare. During that time, she cared for our son like one of her own. She even put in the extra effort to parent him and I learned so much from her that I have applied to my own parenting methods. If you hire Vera, you will get WAY more than a nanny or a babysitter.
