Hi there! When it comes to childcare there are a ton of people out there that can take care of your children. But you want them to be the perfect fit. In my experience in taking care of children, I have found a few qualities that make me the one that will be the perfect piece. Having a cheerful and bubbly personality is something I take very seriously (but not too serious :)) because it has an affect on everyone else! Kids need that person to keep them going and positive mindsets are incredibly undervalued. With that attitude, I believe being a warm and kind person is also important. I can bring that into their lives! I have been babysitting, nannying, helping start and run summer camps, and fill in child caregiver for 10+ years.
