Personable, adaptable, proactive, kind and intuitive, Veronica is the best caregiver I’ve hired in the past 3 years. She kept my 92-year old mom, who has Alzheimer’s disease and mobility issues, safe and happy in a hotel suite while I conducted business locally from out-of-state. She was able to make a full hot breakfast to Mom’s precise specifications and keep Mom engaged for long hours, assist in the hotel and public bathrooms with toileting, fresh-air walks in a wheelchair outside, secure use of walker-rollator indoors, and good driving all around the Pioneer Valley. If I could take her back to Florida with us, I would!
