Veronica is a lovely person! I needed someone to help me get home from the hospital after surgery, take me to the pharmacy, and get me safely settled in at home. Veronica consistently had clear communication and a helpful personality. Veronica was reliable, on-time for phone calls and in-person, pleasant, professional, and had a proactive mindset! Without me asking, she made sure her car was clean and gassed up before she came to get me, and she brought a walker, just in case I was feeling weak when leaving the hospital. She even texted me the next day just to see how I was feeling. Veronica's a thoughtful person, and I enjoyed hearing her talk so compassionately about her clients, and she spoke with a lot of joy for the work that she does!
