I actively listen and observe to understand individual learning styles, adapting my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples and break down complex problems to build momentum. Communication is essential for understanding needs and building trust. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I have some college experience and can help with courses in math, English, test preparation, and more. I am comfortable tutoring elementary and middle school students in various locations. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I would love to help your student succeed!
