About Victoria

Hi! My name is Victoria, and I'm a student at Creighton University, graduating this May. I'm CPR certified and have completed coursework in nursing as well as health administration and policy, which has given me a strong foundation in child health, safety, and development. I have extensive hands-on childcare experience, including nannying infant twins, so I'm very comfortable with feeding schedules, diaper changes, sleep routines, and multitasking with multiple little ones. I've also worked with children who have behavioral disorders, which has helped me develop a lot of patience, adaptability, and positive behavior-management strategies. I genuinely love working with kids and strive to create a safe, supportive, and fun environment where children feel comfortable and parents feel confident. I'm dependable, attentive, and great at communicating with families and I always aim to treat every child with care, respect, and kindness.
