Hello my name is Victoria! I am 26 years old. Ive worked at a long term care facility, and specialized in a long term/dementia unit for 6 years and loved it! I have also done home care/private duty for the past 4 years. I am looking for more one on one care at this time. Some of my strengths are compassion, active listening, being on time, performing ADL's, meal preparation, and transfers. I also have experience with dementia and rehabilitation.

Victoria has been caring for my now almost 94-year-old mom for almost 2 years and she has been a joy. She is dedicated, very pleasant (every morning, she greets my mom with a 'hello, sunshine!"), knowledgeable (keeping our online time spreadsheet up to date) and trustworthy. I can always depend on her. If I point out a mistake, she takes it well and improves. We have 3 additional caregivers for round-the-clock care for my mom in her condo and she gets along with everyone. I know that my mom is safe and well-cared-for with Victoria and would recommend her to anyone.
